At the starting gate of last Sunday's Philadelphia Broad Street Run (for charity), Mayor Michael Nutter is standing just outside the frame, in the lower right, and is greeting and "high-fiving" runners as they pass by.

The woman with the water bottle has her hand extended in anticipation and her friend is snapping a shot while RUNNING!

It's a happy moment that was fun to capture. Members of the mayor's entourage allowed me to stand with them on the platform beside Mayor Nutter. No other photographers were there, but all I did was ask!
----
