Thanks Dick, I appreciate that. I actually planned to shoot the Comet a few days earlier. Scouted around for a good locale which wasn't blocked by mountains or stray light. When I looked at the pictures, I realized I needed something in the foreground to make it more visually pleasing. That same night I had shot some sunset pictures of the windmill and the Joshua tree as silhouettes just in case. Glad I did as they had pretty much the same coloration. #10609363
