Uploaded: February 07, 2013
This 30 second exposure was photographed at Flagler Beach, FL. The fisherman was lit with a spot light giving the waves that soft look.

It is. It reminds me of watching fisherman at work on Padre Island (TX), except back then, the poles were "planted" in the back of their pickup trucks. In small blowup boats, the guys would take chunks of bloody fish out from shore. They were fishing for sharks. Do you know what kind of fishing this man was doing?Sorry for the ramble, but the whole picture is so intriguing! #10580683

Kathy I loved the story..... I chatted with the fisherman and he said that he was fishing for "Whitey's". I saw them, they were about 14" long and he said they were excellent eating. He even was collecting his own bait, "Fleas", a little crab he dig out of the shoreline. Thanks again for the story! #10581170Sign up for an interactive online photography course to get critiques on your photos.
