Love the Cabin as for the trees it's all park of the natural order of things. Now you get new life popping up in the open sunny areas.Jack

Unfortunately, due to budget problems, it may never get back to it's former beauty. We have the same problems at Honor Heights Park in Muskogee. After 2 ice storms and the drought, it's a shadow of it's former self. Too darn bad. #10523966Monnie Ryan January 20, 2013
Sure is a beautiful place - very inviting steps! #10524055Mike Clime January 20, 2013

I can see why this would be one of your favorite places, Michelle...love the woods and trail and your POV. It's always sad to see the destruction Mother Nature can bring, but time (and sometimes $$)is a great healer. Hopefully the Preserve will bounce back. #10525310Nadia Paul January 20, 2013

It almost looks like a bear face on the tree. The density of the green forest is beautiful Michelle. #10526059Emile Abbott January 21, 2013

I really like this type of shot, Michelle. I like your emphasis on the stairs in the foreground leading you to the cabin. #10529950Sign up for an interactive online photography course to get critiques on your photos.
