Little Angels

Uploaded: December 31, 2012

Description

Within Washington National Cathedral's beloved Children's Chapel, the altar was set this month with a collection of 20 small, simple angels, fashioned
by the Altar Guild from paper lace doilies, styrofoam spheres, foil garland and down feathers, very much in the style of a children's craft project.
The angels form a poignant memorial to the 20 children slain at Sandy Hook Elementary.
