This wall of hydrangea was taken in our backyard October 29,2012. Of course today, it is all gone and only the vine remains. It is sad for another reason, however, and that is that this was the last of several photos I took that day with my D700, saying farewell to an old, trusted friend.

This reminds me of something that would be presented to us in a photography class for examination. The tree, the balance, the clusters of color and framing.Super neat! I feel sad about your camera, Rona. I don't know why you had to say goodbye to it but I am a pack rat and don't say goodbye to much (unless stolen from me!) Lol...
