Up, Up, and Away

Uploaded: November 13, 2012

Description

1/500s @ f/16, ISO 1250, Nikkor 70-200mm f/2.8 VRII @ 200mm. French Kiss textures.
A drive-by taken our first day in the OBX, a day filled with heavy winds, fog, and rain. This GBH was an unexpected sight on the shoreline.
Sorry, have not been around - a little under the weather.

Fantastic...a pounding surf with a GBH making a lift-off! Makes my heart beat a little faster for sure! :) Super stop action in this action-filled capture, great stormy moody color and use of textures, Rona! (Hope you're feeling better now!) #10418337
