I just learned of a place on the roadside in MD, that apparently is just acres of blooming sunflowers... maybe too late to check it out this season, but we'll have to give it a try in 2013! #10318779

Thanks Chris. The normal field out near the Potomac river was evidently not planted with sunflowers this year, but I have heard of a field in Howard County that some have gone to. But, I suspect it is already past its prime. So next year looks better. #10319607
