Roadside Attraction

Uploaded: October 16, 2005

Description

aperture: F8, shutter: 1/25, lens Nikkor 28-105 @ 70mm, Sullivan County NY, time of day: Late Afternoon.

The late afternoon sun highlighted this bush in tones of gold as I was driving by. I had to pull over and catch the immage.

I LOVE the golden light in this! WOW! It always adds that touch of something from long ago, I think. Beautiful capture!

Thanks Katrina. It just jumped out at me with the light hitting the bush and the grass and not touching the evergreens in the background except for the edges of the front branches. #1989285

Talk about a hit you in the eye contrast. I would have had to stop to get this shot also. Funny how differently we see since starting photography. I've been at it for 2 years now and my wife has commented several times on how much differently I see things. Great gallery Bill really enjoyed browsing it. #2173247
