Black screws, carefully positioned to form precise perimeters of many circles of various sizes, on a vast white wall. These three belong to a large
diameter circle, while the eight in the distance form one of the smallest circles. I liked this composition in particular, as it seemed to suggest
several social ideas; insular, closed societies, as well as pending confrontation between different groups. Who knew, from screws?

I have looked at this for quite awhile now and I'll be honest with you. I don't have a clue what it is, what it means, or anything else. All I know is I LOVE IT! I wish I could tell you why I love it but I can't. What a creative mind you have Chris. Very creative. I bet we see this again....and again. Congrats ahead of time. Thank you all very much! It was a very simple, but very intriguing and attractive art installation! Here's another image to better explain how it was laid out. It took a bit of searching for a composition that only had a few screws in the distance! #10229864Lindley Johnson August 29, 2012
