Glorious Gloriosa [04 Extreme Macro Photos]
Uploaded: July 07, 2012 05:00:38
The Gloriosa Daisies at Mill Creek Park are unusually large this summer, and the color seems richer as well. Another 100-degree scorcher here today, but after that it's supposed to drop to a more reasonable 80 to 85 for a while. Have a wonderful Saturday, everyone!

I've noticed also this year that flowers are more abundant, larger, and more vibrant than in any of my memories. We are not in for any breaks--unless getting down to 93 for a few days is a break! #1473501Jeff Robinson July 07, 2012

The colors are rich and I am loving the colors on this beauty. That combination of orange and what I call burnt orange is so beautiful and would stand out in any garden. What a gorgeous flower you found here my friend. #10218679Carol L. Fowler July 07, 2012
