Boy Brad, you are really shaking up my memories here! Dad's first car was a 1949 maroon Pontiac with a slopped back, two door beauty! It was his fathers and the darn thing was so big all of us girls fit in the back! :-) #10232698

With a backseat full of girls it's a good thing it was a two door! It's a wonder we survived the days when seatbelt laws were inforced. My brother and sister and I laid down in the back of the station wagon for many a vacation. Goodtimes and great cars. Thanks Joannie! #10233403
