THOSE ARE SOME SERIOUS TATS.
I don't quite understand the entire tattoo thing but the girls or guys who are covered ( a Niece ) thats what escapes me completely.
Besides it's quite an expensive proposition and if not done well looks nasty as all hell.

Thank you all for your comments. And yes, Jack, some of the body work, or the intended messages, are unclear. But at times, it is spectacular. I love to get explanations or the story behind the art. In this case, I did not engage in any discussions with the tattooed lady. I just was struck by the intense colors she displayed on her arms on this fine spring day at the San Francisco Civic Center. #10099133
