Softly Softly
Uploaded: October 06, 2005
In complete contrast to my bold submit yesterday - I selected an image from the same August garden. What drew me to this opening flower was its lack of symmetry (somehow endearing)and its air of vulnerability and lack of confidence. I focused on the inside of the flower head which has given the outer petals a softness created by DOF. It is not stunning by any means but there is just something about this shy little flower that I love!
