Description

The Ballroom is 99 ft.square, 45 ft.high with a balcony 16-1/2 ft. wide on all four sides. It is supported by 15 fluted oak columns. The dancing area is 66 ft. square. Except for the floor, the woodwork, pillars, and paneling are Carpathian white oak; the architecture is Elizabethan. The large chandelier is gilded bronze with crystal beads and pendants. It weighs 2,500 pounds and contains ~200 light bulbs and can be lowered for cleaning.
