Thank you all. The blue ribbon in this photo was created using a blue light pen. The camera was sitting on a shirt atop a vanity dresser, facing the mirror. The shirt and edge of the mirror are the bottom third of this photo. The other colors were made with glowsticks.

The pen light I used can be seen in my photograph "Gone Fishing" look close and you'll see my hand holding a pen (upside down) #1913103
