How wonderful, you must have been to Muriwai Beach, just out of Auckland. I only saw this colony for the first time myself two years ago and I was just in absolute awe of these birds at the sight of thousands of them nesting on the cliffs. They were obviously at the courting stage when you saw them. A fantastic capture of them Phil. #9932632
