Space Needle New Year

Description

As 2012 began, so too did the fireworks off the Seattle Space Needle also celebrating its 50th anniversary. This time-lapse image was captured with a tripod supporting a homemade panoramic nodal bracket holding the DSLR (digital single lens reflex) camera with vertical grip vertically set at ISO 400 and f/22 using a wide-angle zoom lens (12 to 24). Entered into “Travel & Place” category.

GPS: Approximate location, latitude 47° 37' 9.73" N, longitude 122° 20' 57.28" W.
