~Cold & Lonely~
Uploaded: December 30, 2011
For the 101 "Solitude" theme.
Taken in January 2011. This is a tree by the river that is within walking distance behind our house. I like to head out after a snow storm and take pictures . . . or on occasion in a snow storm.

Crisp snow, lone tree, brilliant winter blue sky. Got to love them all, Marcie. #1433322Joy Rector December 30, 2011

It does look a bit lonely, but beautiful and strong. Wonderful colors. HTD! #9894165Nikki McDonald December 31, 2011
The shape of the tree is so very nice in the frame, Marcie, with the off center trunk and then the branches bending left to fill that space. Beautiful colors, too. #9895355Sign up for an interactive online photography course to get critiques on your photos.
