The Dark Side

Description

Forty two minutes after taking yesterday’s Photo of the Day (Still There), I was back up the hill overlooking the dark side of Battle Rock… and its beach… and the sun peeking out from above The Coastals. This spectacular view still makes me pause and take a deep breath or two, especially during sunrise, even though I see it almost every day and have for many years. Such beauty!

Quote of the Day: “Most men pursue pleasure with such breathless haste that they hurry past it.” ~ Søren Kierkegaard
