This is outstanding!!! How do you do this? Is there a special technique or is it B&W taken to the limits?

Hi Susana,
I am sorry for the delay. I took the photo and then cut out all background so that you just saw my daughter, converted to b&w and then I adjusted the threshold in Photoshop Elements. I used my Wacom tablet to do some fine touch ups.
