Rainy Day

Description

The rain started falling while I was down by the lake looking at cloud reflections last night. And the first drops were huge. Oregon rain drops, as us “coasties” call them. They made quite a splash hitting the lake, and created impressive ripples. I stole a quick shot before running for cover.

Quote of the Day:
Be still, sad heart, and cease repining;
Behind the clouds is the sun still shining;
Thy fate is the common fate of all,
Into each life some rain must fall,
Some days must be dark and dreary.

~Henry Wadsworth Longfellow. The Rainy Day

The patterns created by the rain drops add interest to an already amazing image. You do fantastic work. #1424358
