Mtn.Filterd Evening Light On Flowers

Uploaded: September 28, 2011

Description

Here again I caught that filterd evening light as the sun began to drop down behind the mountains. This photograph was taken just minutes before the butterfly photo, so you can really get an idea of how quickly that light drops down behind those mountains, well before the actual pink sunset..And contrary to how it looks, it wasnt quite as bright as it seems but I wanted to capture the dancing light on the flowers (which felt more important than having it sharp front to back, which may notve even been possible as it was anyway) so with the slight & constant breeze, f/8 at a shutter speed of 80 was my preferance of the several I took.

Exif: F Number: 8, Exposure Bias Value: 0.00, ExposureTime: 1/80 seconds, Flash: did not fire, compulsory flash mode, ISO: 250, White balance: Manual white balance, FocalLength: 46.00 mm, Model: Canon EOS 60D
