My next-door Yardley neighbors still maintain their Brooklyn Heights apartment. After being up on their roof last week, I understand why they will NEVER sell the apartment!

This is just one of the views from the roof, overlooking the East River.

The Brooklyn Bridge is just behind the tall building to the right--the Verazanno Bridge and Statue of Liberty are just off to the left. And all the wonderful sights of Lower Manhattan are between them. Tugboats pulling ships and barges, ferries and colorful water taxies, are common sights, and Independence Day fireworks can usually be enjoyed from this vantage point.

Brooklyn 5th largest City in the country as the Sign on the Belt Parkway advertises is a MOST INTERESTING PLACE and your doing a wonderful job of capturing some of it's Hi-Lights.
