Thank you, Jane and Joy.

This was an assignment for Doug Steakley class on Basic Masks. I did it over and over again so many times, I could do the assignment in my sleep. [LOL!] But, did manage to achieve some typical captures of the birds outside my bathroom window, with the shutters as part of the composition and frame.

HTD to you, also. #9642521

I'm taken again by the way the pretty aqua of the shutters complements the colors of the feeder and outdoors, Bunny. Just right for the theme. #9643437

Thank you all for your comments and liking the shutter colors, which (accidentally complement the bird feeder). The bird feeder roof faded with the sun, and the bathroom shutters simply match the 1950's tile in the bathroom. But, it's nice to know they go together.

I've had difficulty walking and have been continually busy with physical therapy with each new injury. Hence, when I took this class on masking, my subjects were taken from my bathroom window where I could photograph my favorite subjects without too much movement on my part. The birds worked perfectly and, using the shutters as a screen to keep me hidden, they were not frightened.

Thanks for your comments. HTD!!! #9643876
