Ater The Storm

Uploaded: July 08, 2011

One of the run offs from one of our potato fields. Finally worked up enough courage to check on our potato fields, before we left Tom took a Prilosec. Leaving our home with our stomachs in our throats, worried about what we would find. Flooded roads, run offs from fields, potato rows filled with water, potatoes under water, etc. Caribou received a record rain fall of 2.5 inches Awe the life of a farmer.
Photo taken July 4, 2011. We have been hit with so much rain and damaging thunderstorm. We are still keeping the faith that we will have some crops to harvest.
