thanks so much Pat and Ruthann. I didn't do anything to this shot only raw adjustment. My dof 6.3 with my macro lens and the background was a side walk. I had pulled it out of my garden when I realize it was worth taking a few shots of. so I had it sticking out of the end of the trash can which gave me the sidewalk as a b/g #9468836
