This pelican tried to hide his identity to no avail, as he was surrounded by hundreds of his kind on the cliffs at La Jolla, near San Diego.

Douglas--I just love this photo!! When I enlarged it and studied it for a bit--it reminded me of a diva wrapped in a big fur coat. Not that I am for fur coats, mind you. I had to look closely to see if there was a cigarett in a long cigarette holder LOL. Awesome shot!!
