Future Tulip Farmers of America

Uploaded: April 20, 2011

Description

Future farmers, could be. They like tractors anyway.
Photo taken at the Wooden Shoe Tulip Farm, Oregon, 4/18/2011. Although the tulips are beautiful they are not as good as past years. They're late this year suffering from our below normal temperatures and very wet spring.

Have a Great Day

That John Deere green sure stands out amid the beautiful color - love this one, Denny! I suspect we'll have the same with the tulips here. The grounds in the park still have standing water and we're expecting more. #9360356

Great life capture of these children that are obviously enjoying farming the tulips...very cute! The fields look beautiful in this image, Denny...wonderful color and composition. It is a shame about the weather, though. #9360424

Thank you ever so much, Jack, Jeff, Monnie, Bobby, Ron and Patti! The tulips usually hold up pretty well in the rain but his year they are showing some damage on the flower petals. The ones that are just opening will probably be just fine. #9360429

What a fun shot and so beautiful, too. It has a Normal Rockwell feeling to it like Michelle Altons did a week or two ago of the Pizza man. :)

Great job, Denny!!!
