Rakesh,I used a similiar light on my Samantha portrait. In order to make it work (no blown out lights) I had to move in very close on her face. I really like how you filtered it here with the tracing paper and it allows you to get farther away and include more of your model. It adds a nice softness and a very natural feeling to your photo. Truly lovely.
