Overlooking St George's, Grenada

Uploaded: January 07, 2011

Description

1/50s @ f/17, ISO 200, Nikkor 18-200mm @ 60 mm. (T&P)
St. George’s, Grenada’s capital, is a bustling West Indian city, most of which remains unchanged from colonial days. Narrow streets lined with shops, wind up, down, and across steep hills. Pastel-painted warehouses cling to the waterfront (out of view here) while buildings and homes rise from the waterfront and disappear into step green hills.

Oh wow, what a view, love the vantage point panoramic view and is so expansive. I can just imagine that this all started with only a few buildings and mushroomed into this. Great capture and presentation Rona. Hope you feel better! #9151897
