Thank you, Monnie, Nancyj and Kitty. :D

That's actually a shed you see in the background but I can see how it looks like a truck. Visibility was way down. We had such a time driving through that storm to my parents' house.

Kitty, there are times when the snow experience fills my soul with happiness. I breathe in the refreshing moisture of the falling flakes, let the designs fall on my hand so I can appreciate the creation of it, and listen to the muted settling of the snow as it fills the landscape. And I have the most uplifting experience.

Of course, the season drags on too long when it lasts six months and color escapes the eye.

For now, I'm excited!

Hugs, Nancy

What a lovely discription of your feelings of snowflakes and the season, Nancy J!! and I remember those times as well, including the dirty snow and day after day of shoveling! Ha, but the creation and the silent moments when the snow is fresh and falling, oh gosh it is so upliftin. One can actually hear those flakes fall! It is well worth silencing for that sound! Sorry, about the shed becoming a truck...lol! 8o) #9069280

Thank you, Nancyj, and beautifully said.

That's okay about the shed. :D

What's more precious than a freshly fallen snowflake!
