This is the outside of the building that used to be a prominent blacksmith’s shop “Gruen Iron Forged Originals” and is now an art gallery in Chicago. The building itself is 125+ years old and was once a candy factory. I have previously posted several images taken in their unfinished basement which is full of old blacksmith tools and other antiques.

What a neat image with such a rich story to tell. I love places like this. I would be fun and interesting to tour it!
