When we started to travel on the edge of the mountains, there wasn't much color. But up on the Blue Ridge it is in full color! We pulled over at one of the many overlooks to capture this amazing scene! 8o) #1316142

Wow! This is fantastic and brings back so many good memories for me. What a VISTA! I hope you stood there and took it in for a few minutes before taking off again. Just breathtaking and we can surely see why the ranges and ridges are called BLUE!

Fantastic depth Nancy. Many wide angle landscapes tend to look flat in photos but you expertly captured a wide range of tones and successfully portraied the sequence of hills marching into the background.
