I've never had to use "extirpated" in a sentence. Fine capture...you must've been lying in the grass to get it! I admire that in a man! #8936748

They are on a lot of menus! I musta gigged a ton when I was a teen .. cut the legs off around midnight, salted them and put them in the fridge. In the morn my Mom awoke to all those frog bodies staring at her! Nice way to start a day, huh?

Ho! My Dad used to do that with big ol' turtles (snappers, I think)...nothing like going to the fridge in the morning for your milk as a kid and seeing that...and knowing turtle soup was going to be on the menu that day... :( :( Excellent capture, Jim - hard to spot but your keen eyes miss nuthin'! (And I admire a woman, as well as a man, who can get down and dirty to get a capture)! #8936854
