Pedal Free Zone

This great graphic on a building wall in downtown Pittsburgh was next to a parking lot, but there were only cars there, so I don't know what it means. I did notice though that this bike lacks pedals.

I'm betting on this one, Mitch -- absolutely great graphics and terrific punch in the color combined with excellent composition.
