A BIG Appetite

Description

Crab Spider eating a Pink Edged Sulphr Butterfly
I went out to our woods where Greg was cutting wood.
I saw a butterfly, and starting shooting it.
I thought it isn't flying away from me, then I saw a yellow ball like thing, which I thought was part of the butterfly,
it wasn't moving, so I picked the blade of grass it was on.
I showed Greg, THEN IT MOVED...
I carried the blade of grass home, while in the meantime the spider was making it's way
UP THE BLADE OF GRASS TOWARD MY HAND.
I stopped and picked a Queen Ann's Lace so he could crawl to that, and went on my way home.
I took them home so I could use my macro filter on the VERY TINY SPIDER.
I took a LOT of photos so I hope you enjoy them all.
I DO feel bad for the butterfly, but it is the cycle of Mother Nature
(SORRY LAURA LOL)

I will be out of town until Sunday night, catch up when I return.
Have a SAFE and SUPER WEEKEND !!!

An excellent nature capture, Peaches! Lifes cycle is well catered for in the natural world, it is only when mankind becomes involved that it gets out of balance!! You did really well with this one.
