Mt. St. Helens
Uploaded: August 13, 2010
Photographed at Mt. St. Helens National Monument in August 2010 with a Nikon D300 and Nikkor 18-200 zoom, settings unknown. Image processed with levels, curves, dodge, burn tool, and unsharp mask and converted to BW with channel mixer in Photoshop CS. I loved this image because the cumulus cloud perched over the volcano crater makes it appear that St. Helens is erupting.
