Thank you both very much for your encouragement. I am currently capturing images that can be used as bookmarks or collaged together to create a photo quilt. I call the project "Slices of Life". #8813341

Cool idea -- never thought of bookmarks. Would you rotate the images so the composition was vertical for that? Seems this one would work equally well that way. It's a shame panoramic crops don't show better at BP but I can imagine how nice this would look bigger. #8813422

No, I wouldn't rotate. Some images are meant to be vert and some horizontal. That way when I design my patchwork montage, I will have both formats for the design #8813447
