I just took a peek at your gallery, seeing you in my class and your comments about not shooting people raised my curiosity. Your work is exquisite! Absolutely beautiful, lovely, lovely detail. I just had to take a moment to whole heartedly acknowledge your eye for detail and composition.

Yes, this Portraiture class is sure to be a stretch for both of us. I shoot people and I was totally daunted by the notion of shooting someone in this fashion. But, now that I've got the first one under my belt I'm ready for the next stretch.

A word on shooting people. Arguable, shooting people, is the most challenging of all photographic genres. But the rewards and emotional highs are the very best. I can't wait to hear how you feel as we go thru the class!
