Description

1. Levels All – RGB no change, Red 12/1.00/255, Green 7/1.00/253, Blue 0/1.00/252
2. HueSat All – 0 +7 0
3. Stamp Visible Layers 1-2. Apply Poster Edges (8 6 6), mode Darker Color, opacity 77%
4. Made last layer invisible, highlighted HueSat layer and created another Stamp Visible Layers 1-2. Apply Paint Daubs (brush size 36, sharpness 17, brush type Dark Rough), mode Normal, opacity 60%. Moved this layer above the Poster Edges layer.
5.Top layer highlighted, Selected all, copied/pasted to create a new layer. Made no changes (mode Normal, opacity 100%). Was pleasantly surprised by the effect.
