Picture ID #3001194 sample, this is my first time edit one from this pic, it was some time ago so couldn't find the original,to show you a little, where is coming from.
Here we go... crop and strech up,cloned layer with Gradient(your choice), and blur 100%, sponch brush for the back trees and some other details, lihgting as desire.Layers goes transparent as you like to show preview ones effects,and lots of little touch here and there. But then is more or less how I did it.I hope you can understand my way. If you have oyher questions please go ahead.
