Description

This man sells 'dogs every weekday at the County Courthouse. Recently his cart was destroyed by a hit and run driver....friends rebuilt it for him because the insurance company wouldn't pay. His cart is a popular place during the lunch hour and he is going to set up a second cart in town his daughter will work.
