reminds me of a cold winter morning with hoarses frost on the trees. Just wonderful....one question? If this is film, where did you get your IR developed and if Digital, how..? #1267558Sherri Conley April 20, 2005 0
Thanks so much, Jim and Gena!Gena ~ this was taken with my Sony Cybershot digital camera in its "nightshot" mode along with a Tiffen Deep Red filter, a neutral density filter and a polarizer. Sometimes I use a Hoya R72 filter with the other filters I just mentioned. In PS, I adjusted the levels and toyed with the red and blue channels to achieve this effect.
I'm glad you like it! :) #1269141

Sherri this is awesome. Big time beautiful. Love frost on the tree's the fence and the water. Everything comes together in this image to make outstanding. WOW.........Kerby #1331692Sherri Conley May 08, 2005 0
Thanks so very much, Kerby! :) This was taken in infrared, or IR, which turns all of the green foliage white and gives everything quite a surreal quality. I've been having a lot of fun playing with this effect lately. Thanks again for the kind words! #1331797
