Everybody,

Thank you very much for you kind comments and praises which give me a lot of encouragement. When my friend, Wayne, told me that this picture won POTD, I was in Bosque del Apache National Wildlife Refuge, NM taking pictures of Snow Geese, Sandhill Cranes, etc. This good news made my day and boosted my motivation to bring back a lot of beautiful pictures. Thanks again!

Hsihao, I really enjoyed this photo and was wondering if you can shed more light on your processing in CS to create the color impact. Do you use layer blending, certain filters, HDR, etc?

Hi Kevin,

I started with nik Color Efex Pro Polarization, Pro Contrast, and Reflector Gold filters. Then enhance each individual colors. Finally added a little bit saturation. That's all about it.
