Clear Creek Lake
West Fort Hood, Texas
Free-range cattle, ducks, dragonflies, egrets, fish, fossils, frogs, herons, insects, songbirds, spiders, turtles, wildflowers .. one-stop shopping! Clear Creek Lake is one of Fort Hood's prettiest and is only a mile from my back door (the way the crow flies). It's an excellent place to "get away from it all" ... never knowing what will be there when I arrive.
