The Rock [Contest Finalists July 2010]
Uploaded: July 20, 2010 04:54:41
In "The Narrows" of Zion National Park, Utah. The river IS the trail and I needed a wet suit in January. For most of the hike, the water is only ankle deep (or dry rocks), but there was one area towards the beginning where the water was waist deep. For most of my hike, I could not see the sun because of the steep cliffs. And a tripod was a must for the slow shutter speeds.
