Fort Delaware is a harbor defense facility, located on Pea Patch Island in the Delaware River. During the American Civil War The Union used Fort Delaware as a prison for Confederate soldiers, political prisoners, federal convicts and privateer officers.

The composing and centering of the picture is beautifully done Tammy. I love the two door ways and then all the windows. The fence, the cannon balls stacked so neatly, the fella walkng, all add to the beautiful look along with colors, textures, and lighting. A great find so gorgeously presented. #11478669
