Long-Eared Owl (Captive) [Contest Finalists April 2005]
Uploaded: April 05, 2005 22:59:31
Taken indoors at a raptor center. Canon 180 macro lens, ISO 1000, f4 at 1/80 sec, handheld, no flash to avoid distraction to the bird and handler. Low light, so had to shoot fast ISO and wide open to get a manageable shutter speed. Cropped and sharpened in PSCS.
