Dogsledding in Greenland
Uploaded: July 12, 2013 15:37:26
7/12/13, travel. It's been awhile since I posted some of my past adventure travel shots. This was dogsledding in Greenland. Interesting that the dogs are strung out across in one horizontal line, not like Sargent Preston of the Yukon's line of dog pairs! This is because they don't have to negotiate between trees. We were dogsledding on another sled.

Very interesting - I've never seen anything except the pairs formation. That had to be an exciting experience! Love the photo! #1535936JO ANN CLEVELAND July 12, 2013

I watch all the shows about life in Alaska and the work it takes to keep the dogs fed and how they are so valuable to the people who live their. I am sure it is the same with these folks. What a gorgeous picture of the dog team taking the natives across the snow. Love the way you composed the picture, the lighting and colors are gorgeous. A beautiful job with the details. Awesome look my friend.Stephen Zacker July 13, 2013
